Nano month is here... and I forgot to post!
How could I forget? Easy. Writing like a madwoman of course! I've actually managed to finish a couple of stories!
WOOHOO!
Now, I'm working on my Archer story, Portrait of a Black Heart. I'm also doing edits on my co-author book, and writing on my FF. I'm trying to finish Archer by first week in Dec so I can start my secret group project. Problem is, I'm going out of town for the holidays. It is a road trip though so there should be a little down time to get something done.
Next year is looking busy. I've got 4 group projects I'm on with a possible 5th. 2 are due in February. Then I've got several books I'd like to do next year. I've decided to re-brand also, which means I'll be rewriting blurbs and redoing covers for Michael, separating crime/suspense from my paranormal, which means two separate names.
It's way too early to explain it to you now, so I won't bother, but I will say, Michael Mandrake himself will focus on contemporary dark romance ala Love Kills. The levels of dark would vary depending on story and characters. Not every book will be Love Kills, so no worries there.
It will be work, but I think I'm starting to figure out what works for me and what doesn't.
:)
